Google Analytics
It's free. It's powerful. It's probably already installed on 90% of nonprofit websites. But it's also complicated and most organizations struggle to use it well.
Finding a guest presenter is easy because this topic isn't nonprofit-specific. Any web marketer or developer should be able to provide a one hour overview. You can also search for local Google Analytics meetups to find potential presenters and here are threeexampleevent descriptions.
